CAST

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAST mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,287 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAST-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-92P, OR1R1P, and RN7SKP245. Each is linked with CAST in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAST-to-partner and partner-to-CAST results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-92P grouped by CAST-low versus CAST-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAST→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
