CAST

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAST mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAST-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, mTOR_pS2448, and Notch1. Each is linked with CAST in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAST-to-partner and partner-to-CAST results are reported.
