CAST

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAST RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,169 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAST-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAPN2, CTNNA1, and ERAP1. Each is linked with CAST in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAST-to-partner and partner-to-CAST results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAST versus CAPN2 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAST→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
