CASS4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASS4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,743 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASS4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASAL3, ARHGAP45, and CORO1A. Each is linked with CASS4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASS4-to-partner and partner-to-CASS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASS4 versus RASAL3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
