CASS4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASS4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,415 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL18RAP, CEACAM4, and CXCR2. Each is linked with CASS4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASS4-to-partner and partner-to-CASS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASS4 versus IL18RAP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
