Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASS4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,689 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMB7P1, MYO19, and BCCIP. Each is linked with CASS4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASS4-to-partner and partner-to-CASS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMB7P1 grouped by CASS4-low versus CASS4-high in SKCM.
