Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASS4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CASS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are G6PD, Cyclin-B1, and C-Raf. Each is linked with CASS4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASS4-to-partner and partner-to-CASS4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, G6PD grouped by CASS4-low versus CASS4-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
