Across TCGA cell cohorts, CASS4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,023 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASS4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to type I interferon, Protein stabilization, and mRNA cis splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with CASS4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASS4-to-partner and partner-to-CASS4 results are reported.
