CASS4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CASS4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 698 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF3L, IL7, and GSR. Each is linked with CASS4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASS4-to-partner and partner-to-CASS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EIF3L grouped by CASS4-low versus CASS4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
