CASQ2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASQ2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,813 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASQ2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYH11, PPP1R12B, and OGN. Each is linked with CASQ2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASQ2-to-partner and partner-to-CASQ2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASQ2 versus MYH11 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASQ2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASQ2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
