CASQ2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASQ2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,729 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASQ2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED15P1, LINC01103, and MYH9. Each is linked with CASQ2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASQ2-to-partner and partner-to-CASQ2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MED15P1 grouped by CASQ2-low versus CASQ2-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASQ2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASQ2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
