CASQ2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CASQ2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASQ2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GP9 and TCP10L2. Each is linked with CASQ2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASQ2-to-partner and partner-to-CASQ2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GP9 grouped by CASQ2-low versus CASQ2-high in BONE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASQ2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASQ2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
