CASQ1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASQ1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,536 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASQ1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS8, TMOD2, and NFATC2. Each is linked with CASQ1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASQ1-to-partner and partner-to-CASQ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASQ1 versus RPS8 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASQ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASQ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
