Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CASQ1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 811 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CASQ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACSL6, TARS2, and IQSEC1. Each is linked with CASQ1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASQ1-to-partner and partner-to-CASQ1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACSL6 grouped by CASQ1-low versus CASQ1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASQ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASQ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
