CASP9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,283 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASP9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NMNAT1, LZIC, and DFFA. Each is linked with CASP9 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP9-to-partner and partner-to-CASP9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASP9 versus NMNAT1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
