Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,960 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CASP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02889, CFB, and PAFAH2. Each is linked with CASP9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP9-to-partner and partner-to-CASP9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASP9 versus LINC02889 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
