Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CASP9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CASP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYZL4, OR4K2, and BPIFB6. Each is linked with CASP9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP9-to-partner and partner-to-CASP9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LYZL4 grouped by CASP9-low versus CASP9-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
