CASP8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,615 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are NMI, SQOR, and CDCP1. Each is linked with CASP8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP8-to-partner and partner-to-CASP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASP8 versus NMI in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
