CASP8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,610 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL8, FCGR3A, and IFNG. Each is linked with CASP8 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP8-to-partner and partner-to-CASP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL8 grouped by CASP8-low versus CASP8-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
