CASP8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CASP8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 193 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASB17, C12orf40, and ARMH2. Each is linked with CASP8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP8-to-partner and partner-to-CASP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASB17 grouped by CASP8-low versus CASP8-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
