CASP7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,585 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASP7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCDC186, SLK, and IFI35. Each is linked with CASP7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP7-to-partner and partner-to-CASP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASP7 versus CCDC186 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
