CASP7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,959 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are OASL, B2M, and PSMB10. Each is linked with CASP7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP7-to-partner and partner-to-CASP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASP7 versus OASL in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
