CASP7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,213 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are WASHC3P1, MIR4760, and HMGB3P3. Each is linked with CASP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP7-to-partner and partner-to-CASP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WASHC3P1 grouped by CASP7-low versus CASP7-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
