Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,347 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, SNORD116-3, and CADM2-AS2. Each is linked with CASP6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP6-to-partner and partner-to-CASP6 results are reported.
