CASP6

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, EGFR_pY1173, and eIF4G. Each is linked with CASP6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP6-to-partner and partner-to-CASP6 results are reported.
