Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CASP4LP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CASP4LP data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher CASP4LP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CASP4LP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THYM and LUAD are the cancer types where CASP4LP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
