CASP4LP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP4LP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,297 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASP4LP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GIMAP7, GIMAP8, and WAS. Each is linked with CASP4LP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP4LP-to-partner and partner-to-CASP4LP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASP4LP versus GIMAP7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP4LP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP4LP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
