CASP4LP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP4LP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 200 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASP4LP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP358, RPL31P53, and OSTF1P1. Each is linked with CASP4LP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP4LP-to-partner and partner-to-CASP4LP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP358 grouped by CASP4LP-low versus CASP4LP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP4LP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP4LP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
