CASP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,855 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NMI, GBP2, and DPYD. Each is linked with CASP4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP4-to-partner and partner-to-CASP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
