CASP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CASP2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,143 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are WNT16, USP22, and HSP90AB1. Each is linked with CASP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP2-to-partner and partner-to-CASP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WNT16 grouped by CASP2-low versus CASP2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
