The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher CASP1P2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CASP1P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD and DLBC are the cancer types where CASP1P2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
