Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,174 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASP1P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CASP1, APOL3, and PSMB10. Each is linked with CASP1P2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP1P2-to-partner and partner-to-CASP1P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASP1P2 versus CASP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
