CASP16P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP16P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,519 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASP16P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are USP7, TCEAL1, and TKFC. Each is linked with CASP16P in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP16P-to-partner and partner-to-CASP16P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP16P→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP16P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
