Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,930 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASP14-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDH3, EPGN, and KIFC3. Each is linked with CASP14 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP14-to-partner and partner-to-CASP14 results are reported.
