Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CASP14-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caveolin-1, 4E-BP1_pS65, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with CASP14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP14-to-partner and partner-to-CASP14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caveolin-1 grouped by CASP14-low versus CASP14-high in UCEC.
