Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CASP14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CASP14-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPO11, ACER1, and KRTAP10-2. Each is linked with CASP14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP14-to-partner and partner-to-CASP14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPO11 grouped by CASP14-low versus CASP14-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP14→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
