CASP12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,152 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASP12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNS2, CAVIN2, and RSU1. Each is linked with CASP12 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP12-to-partner and partner-to-CASP12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP12→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
