CASP12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,932 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASP12-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM71B, KRTAP13-1, and RN7SKP67. Each is linked with CASP12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP12-to-partner and partner-to-CASP12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP12→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
