CASP10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,544 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASP10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SP100, CAB39, and GBP4. Each is linked with CASP10 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP10-to-partner and partner-to-CASP10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASP10 versus SP100 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
