CASP10

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,100 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are HLA-F, MTND4P23, and SLAMF7. Each is linked with CASP10 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP10-to-partner and partner-to-CASP10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASP10 versus HLA-F in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
