CASP10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are Src, 14-3-3_beta, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with CASP10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP10-to-partner and partner-to-CASP10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Src grouped by CASP10-low versus CASP10-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
