Across TCGA cell cohorts, CASP10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,426 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASP10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intracellular receptor signaling pathway, Negative regulation of actin filament polymerization, and Death-inducing signaling complex assembly. Each is linked with CASP10 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP10-to-partner and partner-to-CASP10 results are reported.
