CASP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,829 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM21, PSMB10, and PSMB9. Each is linked with CASP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP1-to-partner and partner-to-CASP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASP1 versus TRIM21 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
