CASP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,552 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRAP2, IL2RB, and IFNG. Each is linked with CASP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP1-to-partner and partner-to-CASP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASP1 versus GRAP2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
