Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CASKP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CASKP1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher CASKP1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CASKP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUSC, BRCA, and SARC are the cancer types where CASKP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
