CASKIN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASKIN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,540 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASKIN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAN2A1, MTDH, and FNDC3B. Each is linked with CASKIN2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASKIN2-to-partner and partner-to-CASKIN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASKIN2 versus MAN2A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASKIN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASKIN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
