CASKIN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASKIN2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASKIN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HER3_pY1289, MSH6, and ER-alpha. Each is linked with CASKIN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASKIN2-to-partner and partner-to-CASKIN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HER3_pY1289 grouped by CASKIN2-low versus CASKIN2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASKIN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASKIN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
