CASKIN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CASKIN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,537 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASKIN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSEN54, RPTOR, and HELZ. Each is linked with CASKIN2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASKIN2-to-partner and partner-to-CASKIN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASKIN2 versus TSEN54 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASKIN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASKIN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
