Across TCGA cell cohorts, CASKIN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,312 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CASKIN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription, elongation, Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, and Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with CASKIN2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASKIN2-to-partner and partner-to-CASKIN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription, elongation grouped by CASKIN2-low versus CASKIN2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
