CASKIN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CASKIN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 363 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASKIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NSMCE4A, RFC5, and ASF1A. Each is linked with CASKIN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASKIN1-to-partner and partner-to-CASKIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NSMCE4A grouped by CASKIN1-low versus CASKIN1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASKIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASKIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
